Wilmington, DE / 6,500 square feet
When Cole Schotz opened its new offices in Delaware, the law firm wanted to make the most efficient use of its small, 6,500-square-foot office. With careful placement, Francis Cauffman created an airy environment while discreetly separating public areas from private workspaces. This way, clients do not have to walk through attorney offices to access public areas. Francis Cauffman placed the conference center, with a client beverage area, near the reception. The offices are bright with white furniture, white flooring and natural sunlight. Glass panel doors for the perimeter private offices allow light to reach deep into the center of the floor.
