The project was designed as a multi-phased development for the North American headquarters for the Almac Group. The Almac Group, a Northern Ireland based company specializing in Pharmaceutical research, development, analytical and clinical trial services was planned for multi-phased expansion. The initial phase of the new campus includes a 3 story 80,000 SF office building and 160,000 SF GMP production facility housing pharmaceutical clinical packaging operations, analytical labs, GMP warehousing and related support functions.
