The completed project consisted of approximately 1,750 square feet of renovation work focused on OR #7, the Perfusion Room, and the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), delivered in two carefully phased stages to maintain operational continuity. The first phase addressed upgrades to OR #7 and the Perfusion Room, followed by a comprehensive CVOR equipment change-out once imaging equipment coordination was finalized. Architectural services were coordinated with MEP, technology, and medical equipment planning vendors to support modernized surgical functionality and compliance with City of Clermont requirements, the Florida Building Code, AHCA regulations, and the Florida Accessibility Code. The project advanced through AHCA Stage II and Stage III reviews, culminating in two final AHCA inspections—one at the completion of OR #7 and a final inspection upon full CVOR completion. Construction administration services supported the project from bidding through closeout, including permit coordination, submittal reviews, on-site meetings, inspections, and punch list completion to ensure a successful delivery aligned with owner and user needs.
