Optimizing the compact nature of the space, the design prioritizes collaboration and visual connection to align with the company’s people‑oriented, transparency‑based ethos. Consolidating their Eastern U.S. operations into a single workplace, the design sought a balance between functional needs and open, spirited spaces to create a highly connected work atmosphere. Space for efficient work and meeting places was created by capturing recesses outside of the office’s formal layout.
