FCA was engaged by Mount Sinai Health System to create a new Lobby for the Cancer Center West and Breast Center at Beth Israel Medical Center. As part of this project, the firm also investigated the design for a new PET/CT and Linac equipment replacement. This project set the new design tone and palate for the new Breast Center and Cancer Center West that continues today in projects at the center.
Added as a late scope item was the accommodation for the relocation of the interior stairwells within the building. This was ultimately not undertaken as part of this project, even though it was thoroughly investigated.
